    The facilitator may touch or apply pressure to specific body or chakra points to awaken the Kundalini energy.

    During the session emotions, visions or spontaneous movements may arise as well as feelings of bliss and vibrant energy.

  • The sessions only differ in terms of setting. Some people may feel more relaxed when receiving the transmission in the comfort of their own home.

    The intensity of the energy might vary for some feeling it either milder or stronger online.

    Beginners may need additional sessions to have their Kundalini energy fully activated.
